Shipping Policy

Shipments are to Great Britain Only

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 Working Days. The total cost shown at the checkout includes our calculation for delivery based on your weight and location.

We aim to process all orders on the same day and for orders placed before 1pm, we offer next-day delivery.

Please contact us at info@hiveandhoney.co.uk if you need a priority despatch and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.

When purchasing alcohol, a valid photo ID will be required as verification of age. If the courier is not satisfied the person is over 18 years of age, we will refuse delivery and contact the customer for alternative arrangements, or a full refund will be given.

Restrictions Related to Brexit and ROW

As a result of the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. We are very sorry for this, and we are monitoring developments regarding the barriers that exiting the EU has placed between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. 

Sadly, we are also unable to deliver to the EU/EEA for the same regulatory reasons. Restrictions for other countries vary considerably, so at present, we will only be shipping to mainland Great Britain.
